"I waited a while to rate them and must say, so far, if I could give them 6 stars I would. The buying experience was clean, no BS fees on the invoice, no ambiguity of line-item charges that make no sense. My salesperson was great. I had 2 recalls on my F-150 Lariat (in 2 months). They were proactive and contacted me! Before Ford did via the recall notice in the mail. They came to my office in Huntington to rectify it, which is unheard of. It was a software update for something. The 2nd recall I had to go there, but they were also proactive. Pleasant experience, had me in and out, and was transparent that if the software update did not hit the first time, the 2nd attempt would take 5 hours. Luckily, it took the first time. Fact is, if you want to buy a Ford, you can not go to these private equity LLC's (Empire, Atlantic LIAG). You have to go to a privately owned (family) dealership. I live in Huntington, 2 miles away from Empire Ford (Huntington Ford) and bought my truck here for a reason."
